Studio in the Garden
Studio in the Garden is a painting of Thomas Kinkade's first studio in Carmel.
This "studio" is now a small gallery that displays and sells Kinkade paintings.
We have been told that the gallery depicted in Studio in the Garden in the second most visited tourist attraction in Carmel.
Thom refers to his new studio as "Ivy Gate Cottage".
He has planted the grounds around Ivy Gate Cottage to "look like the floral images in my paintings."
