Petals of Hope (Garden of Promise II)
The inspiration behind this painting was the tragic loss suffered
by a close friend. As Thomas Kinkade worked on his painting, he began to think
that only faith would help people through tragedy. Thom has said that
he, like the dogwood, has grown and put down his roots.
This is the second of three paintings in Thomas Kinkade's popular Garden of Promise series.
the other two paintings in the collection are
The Garden of Promise and
Bridge of Faith.
